  • Learn and operate within the restaurant systems to lead, train and develop impactful people development systems


Background Profile


  • A proven leader who is passionate about developing others and building strong, healthy teams

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

  • Interest or experience in building or improving systems (recruiting, training, or operations)

  • Someone who has experience or strong interest in talent leadership (recruiting, onboarding, training, development)

  • A big-picture thinker who can see what needs to be built and is willing to grow into creating systems over time

  • Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and is motivated by impact

  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values and commitment to excellence
