The ideal candidate demonstrates strong character, competency, and chemistry with the team while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and ownership in restaurant operations.

Your Impact

• 
  Lead daily restaurant operations including Front of House, Back of House, and Drive-Thru
• 
  Develop, coach, and hold accountable teams of 25+ team members
• 
  Drive operational excellence through hands-on leadership
• 
  Manage labor, scheduling, and operational efficiency
• 
  Ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards
• 
  Maintain high guest satisfaction through consistent service excellence
