This is a hands-on role that blends marketing with restaurant operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives, building relationships within the community, creating sales opportunities, coordinating events, and overseeing the restaurant’s social media and customer communication. You will also stay connected to the restaurant by working alongside the team and supporting operations during key periods. You will partner closely with the Owner/Operator and Director team to develop strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase sales, deepen community relationships, and create experiences that keep guests connected to Chick-fil-A .
