L.E.A.D. Program at Chick-fil-A Bastrop
. This 2.5 – 3 year leadership accelerator is designed to prepare high-capacity leaders for future opportunities as a Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program participant, business operator, or senior organizational leader. Participants rotate through multiple phases of leadership in hospitality, culinary, financial stewardship, and talent development while helping lead real business results inside the restaurant. The internal description positions this as a structured, multi-phase development path with direct exposure to operations, finance, and people leadership.
