Your Impact
Lead day-to-day kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, safety, speed, and accuracy
Set the tone for a positive, high-performing kitchen team
Coach, train, and develop team members into future leaders
Position team members effectively and adjust throughout the shift based on business needs
Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Lead with calmness, urgency, and clear communication during high-volume periods
Hold team members accountable while building strong, trusting relationships
Identify opportunities to improve kitchen systems, efficiency, and team performance
