We are looking for a BOH Operations Manager
(PM Focus, availability between the hours of 12:00 PM AND 12:00 AM)
to join our leadership team at
Chick-fil-A Northville
.
This role will take ownership of the PM kitchen, leading operations, developing people, and building systems that drive consistency and performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on rebuilding and strengthening the back of house during the PM day part. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and is motivated by the opportunity to lead a team through growth and improvement.
Your Impact
Lead and model the Chick-fil-A Northville Mission, Vision and Core Values with guests and team members
Own and lead PM kitchen operations, ensuring strong execution during high-volume hours
Drive operational excellence through food safety, quality, and production systems
Develop and coach team members, building a strong and sustainable leadership bench
Create systems that lead to consistency, accountability, and predictable success
Improve key performance metrics including speed of service, labor efficiency, and retention
Lead a clean, safe, and high-performance BOH environment
Hold team members accountable to standards while fostering a positive team culture
Support overall restaurant goals and collaborate with the leadership team
Background Profile
2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or similar environment
Strong operational mindset with experience in BOH or kitchen leadership
Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold a team accountable
Demonstrated ability to improve performance, systems, or team consistency
High level of ownership, work ethic, and attention to detail
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
Servant leader who thrives in a team-oriented culture
Full Time Availability (Hours of 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
