Chick-fil-A Trainer

Dallas–Fort Worth International Airport

In our fast-paced airport environment, Trainers play a critical role in onboarding and developing new team members while ensuring operational standards, guest service expectations, and food quality requirements are consistently achieved.

This role includes both Front of House and Back of House training responsibilities depending on assignment. Trainers provide hands-on coaching, reinforce Chick-fil-A standards, and help team members build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Through mentorship, feedback, and leadership, Trainers help create exceptional guest experiences and support a high-performing restaurant team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Train and onboard new Front of House and Back of House team members
  • Demonstrate and reinforce Chick-fil-A service, food quality, and operational standards
  • Provide hands-on coaching and real-time feedback during shifts
  • Support team member development through observation, instruction, and encouragement
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant
  • Assist with guest service and kitchen operations as needed
  • Ensure team members follow proper procedures, recipes, and safety guidelines
  • Monitor training progress and communicate development opportunities to leadership
  • Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude
  • Support both Front of House and Back of House teams during high-volume periods
  • Uphold Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and appearance guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous Chick-fil-A, restaurant, customer service, or food service experience preferred
  • Prior training, coaching, or leadership experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence
  • Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
