• Apply analytical and materials characterization techniques to understand ink and raw material behavior, including functional components and material interactions, to meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development, optimization, and sustainment of ink formulations through strong analytical insight, with opportunities to take on increased formulation ownership over time.
• Lead analytical analysis investigations into ink-related development and manufacturing issues, connecting formulation chemistry, material behavior, and process conditions to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Partner closely with ink manufacturing, R&D, and laboratory teams to support process development, scale-up readiness, qualification activities, and technology introduction.
• Serve as a technical subject matter contributor in formulation chemistry and/or materials characterization, influencing formulation strategies and technical direction.
• Strengthen and sustain analytical chemistry technical capability, including methods, best practices, and knowledge sharing across formulation and characterization activities.
• Represent the formulation and materials characterization function in
cross-functional projects, with opportunities to act as a technical or project lead for complex initiatives.
• Communicate technical findings clearly and effectively, through written reports and discussions, to support timely, data-driven decision making.
