Working Location: Jurong Island

Company Transport: pick up at Jurong East MRT

Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shifts

• Shift 1: 8am-8pm
• Shift 2: 8pm-8am

Salary Package: Basic + Shift Allowances + Site Allowances + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks, start-up, and shutdown procedures for process equipment such as pumps, compressors, and valves.
• Perform filter replacements and other routine maintenance tasks.
• Isolate piping systems during plant start-ups, shutdowns, product changeovers, or troubleshooting activities.
• Adjust process parameters under the guidance of Supervisors to optimize performance.
• Commission and decommission process equipment as needed.
• Execute emergency shutdown procedures and support plant safety protocols.
• Manage and blend non-conforming or off-specification products responsibly.
• Prepare equipment for scheduled maintenance and servicing.
• Mix and dilute chemicals accurately for use in process operations.
• Carry out inter-tank transfers of chemicals and finished products in compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in emergency response activities, drills, and safety exercises.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related discipline
• At least 3 years working experience as Process Technician in a chemical industry
• Willing to work shift hours
