About the role
Our Manufacturing team, composed of 20 people, is integrated in the Production Operations department and focuses on executing manufacturing processes in accordance with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental) rules and regulations while meeting or exceeding customer requirements in collaboration with HSE and Compliance.
As a Chemical Plant Operator, you will manage the flow of day to day operations within assigned area, support the plant’s quality management systems and its compliance with pertinent quality standards, to support and promote continuous improvement activities. You will get the opportunity to contribute to maintaining a safe working environment and ensure team compliance and have a positive impact on the Site's key performance indicators (KPI’s) and overall Equipment Effectiveness. You will work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule that could involve days and nights. This schedule also requires being available for overtime during certain periods (either scheduled overtime, or being on call in case unscheduled overtime is required), working weekends, and holidays.

Relevant education degree of High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Relevant work experience of at least 2 years in Industrial background. Technical training (specialized training for operator or 2 years of college) is a plus.

Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is $ 37,55 - $ 54,52 per hour in the United States.
Your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
