In this role, youwillbe responsible for starting, monitoring, and troubleshooting purification systems. These systems require troubleshooting often. Will be working inside of Glove Boxes with proper PPE. The Glove Boxes also need troubleshooting on a consistent basis. Run stations that dry/morph/pressure reduction on our units. Do all paperwork/SAP with minimal errors. Participate in Cycle Counts, SafetyTool BoxReviews and JSA’s. Will engage in monthly safety meetings, CIP, and observations/inspections, 5S and more. Cross Train on all processes. Must possess troubleshooting skills.

Shift schedule is a 3-2-2-3 onNightshift once fully trained and certified.

WhatYou’llDo

• Run purifications systems under specific quality and engineeringcontrols;

• Perform decontamination of manufacturingequipment;

• Sample, fill, and inspect final products.

• Pull chemistry samples andsubmitto the lab foranalysis;

• Pull chemistry samples andsubmitto the lab foranalysis;

• Fill different sized canisters with chemistry and package as a finished goodproduct;

• Perform inspection of complete product to ensure proper qualitystandards;

• Perform lab maintenance including PMs, ordering supplies, cleanup and wastedisposal;

• Ensure on-time delivery of low volume products from make toship;

• Propose and implement process improvements

• Work with Engineers to run experiments, troubleshoot systems, create/update PMs and maintain spare parts

WhatWeSeek

• 1+ years of experience in a technical field (chemical, semiconductor, aerospace, automotive)

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in chemistry, process operations, or another technical field a plus

• Previous chemical handling experience

• Previous manufacturing experience is aplus;

• Knowledge of inventory management; SAP experience is aplus;

• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO45000;

• Frequentlylift upto 50lbs and push up to130lbs;

• Flexible, able to rapidly respond to new situations and to perform multipletasks;
