Job Title:
Chemical Operator IThe Role:
依照公司制定之安全作業標準與品質管理規範，執行各項生產活動並確保生產流程安全且產品品質穩定，包括預防性保養、設備檢查、6S生產環境清潔與維護。
In this role you will:
1. 執行日常生產作業
依排定之輪班制度執行日常生產工作：
早班：07:30～16:30
中班：15:30～00:30
夜班：23:30～08:30
換班頻率：每週輪替
2. 依標準作業程序執行產品批次生產
包括原物料接收與準備、帳料與庫存管理、生產中間品之取樣與檢測、分析儀器校正，以及生產數據之紀錄與管理。
3. 執行成品灌裝作業
包括濾芯更換與過濾器操作、灌裝容器清洗線操作、成品標籤列印與黏貼，操作堆高機將成品運送至倉庫。
4. 生產系統操作與監控
熟悉並操作生產系統，即時監控生產狀況，確保系統穩定運作。
5. 回報生產異常狀況
發現生產異常或設備故障時，立即通報值班主管並協助處理。
6. 參與品質與安全持續改善活動
積極參與品質提升與安全改善相關活動，促進工作流程優化與風險降低。
7. 執行環安衛與6S管理
落實環境安全衛生管理與6S活動，確保工作場所整潔、有序、安全。
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
具備一年以上製造業生產設備及原物料操作經驗 (化工廠背景，或具備設備保養/維修經驗者佳)
具高度自律，能獨立完成指派之工作任務
熟悉辦公室軟體操作（如 Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint），具 SAP 系統操作經驗者佳
可依生產排程彈性配合加班需求
因應系統操作需求，須具備基本英文閱讀與理解能力
學歷要求：高中職以上
持有堆高機操作技術士證照，並具三年以上實務操作經驗
