Clariant is currently looking for a Chemical Operator Trainee to support production operations in the Care Chemicals Business Unit at our Mt. Holly, NC site. This entry-level role is designed to develop foundational knowledge of plant processes, equipment, and safety protocols, while contributing to daily plant activities including material handling, equipment monitoring, and product transfers. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to teamwork and continuous learning. Over time, successful candidates will gain the skills necessary to take on greater responsibility within the plant operations team.
