This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

  • Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment used in adhesive manufacturing.
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments to maintain product quality and consistency.
  • Perform material handling activities including raw material charging, drum handling, and inventory movements.
  • Conduct routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate production, quality, and safety documentation.
  • Support housekeeping, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a safe and organized work environment.

What makes you a good fit

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or manufacturing training preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or chemical plant experience preferred.
  • Ability to safely work with chemicals, equipment, and industrial machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions and formulas.
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, overtime, and follow all safety and PPE requirements.

The hourly pay range for this role is $25.66. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
