Merivale, one of Australia's leading hospitality groups behind venues such as Mr Wong, Totti’s & ivy is preparing to extend our Melbourne offering with an exciting new venue.

Following the opening of LB’s Record Bar in Meyer’s Place and Totti’s at the Lorne Hotel, this is an exciting opportunity to join our next venue in Victoria. Expect high-energy, approachable modern Asian dining, led by a renowned executive chef. It’s a chance to begin your journey with Merivale and build a long-term career as we continue to expand in Melbourne.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for passionate chefs to join the opening team and play a key role in bringing this exciting concept to life. If you love working in high-performing, fast paced kitchens and want to be part of one of Melbourne's most anticipated openings, we’d love to hear from you.
