The Venue

Jimmy's Falafel has officially opened on Oxford Street, Paddington — and we’re growing the team.

Next door to Fred's, Charlie Parker's and The Paddington, Jimmy’s brings bold Middle Eastern flavours, incredible cocktails, a basement bar and rooftop private dining to one of Sydney’s most exciting hospitality precincts.

Led by Executive Chef Simon Zalloua, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen with a strong team culture and serious momentum.

We’re currently hiring full-time:

  • Junior Sous Chefs
  • Chef de Parties
  • Commis Chefs
  • Casual chef – all levels
