We’re seeking talented individuals to join our team on a Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) roster from Chinchilla, Dalby. Qualifications and Experience

  • Certificate III or IV Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
  • Previous experience in mass-catering environments is essential (volume cooking)
  • Food Safety Supervisors Certificate (Current)
  • Previous FIFO Chef experience is highly desired but not essential
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP
  • Prior Line Chef experience highly desirable
  • Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights OR relevant bulk cooking experienced applicants seeking potential Visa sponsorship

Working on-site with our teams means you’ll be working 11 hours per day on a 2:1 roster (two weeks at work and one week at home).
