A meticulously maintained and privately used Swan 90 is looking for an experienced (min of 2 seasons) seasonal Chef specialising in Italian cuisine and fine dining to join three other crew members for the rest of the Mediterranean season.

Position Details:
• A crew of four will manage all aspects of yacht operations.
• Ideal candidates will be flexible, team-oriented, and have strong culinary skills and versatility as well as experience with galley management and provisioning.
• Ability to cook underway is a bonus
• The Chef will share a cabin and head with the stewardess
• Ideal candidates will be Fluent in English (Italian speaking is a bonus)
• Previous sailing yacht experience preferred
Candidate requirements:
• Minimum of 2 seasons of experience as a Chef in a similar role (private and charter experience)
• Expertise in Italian cuisine and culinary traditions
• Experience preparing high-end and high-quality meals for Owners, Guests, and Crew
• Valid STCW Certification
• Valid ENG1Medical Certificate
• Valid Driving Licence
