Chefs of All Grades — Brown's Brasserie, Brown Thomas Cork City

We're hiring chefs across all grades at Brown's Brasserie in Cork — commis through to chef de partie level.

If late nights are putting you off kitchen work, this one's worth reading. Brown's operates daytime and early evening service, which means you're not finishing at midnight. It's a proper brasserie kitchen with structure and standards, but one that actually respects your time outside of work.

What we're looking for

Experience in a professional kitchen at any level. You need solid HACCP knowledge, the ability to hold your section, and a reliable work ethic. We hire across grades, so whether you're just getting started or you're a few years in and looking for a better work-life balance, we'd like to hear from you. Full permission to work in the EU is required.
