As a member of the Bodington Wentworth Falls Leadership team, you will be managing the smooth operation of the home’s commercial kitchen and dining service, enabling our residents to enjoy a variety of fresh, nutritious meals on a daily basis. The dining experience for our residents is important, meals needs to be creatively presented and tasty.

About the Role

  • Preparing fresh and nutritious meals for residents in line with their dietary needs
  • Managing all resources within the kitchen including equipment and food supplies within your approved budget
  • Maintaining a hygienically clean kitchen that is fully compliant with the Aged Care quality standards
  • Lead and mentor a great kitchen team of 14
  • In addition, there is a real opportunity to lift the culinary offering for our residents

About You

  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery)
  • Leadership experience in a commercial kitchen
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and workplace health & safety
  • Experience with modified diets and aged care dining requirements
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • NDIS Worker Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
