Chef Manager – Monday to Thursday | 36 Hours

Oldbury - OX11

  • Salary: £30,900 per annum

  • 36 hours per week

  • Monday to Thursday working pattern

  • 33 days holiday including Bank Holidays

  • Security clearance required

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Chef Manager to lead a well-organised, daytime kitchen operation, offering a strong work-life balance with a Monday to Thursday schedule.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: £30,900 per annum

The Role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Deliver consistently high-quality, fresh food

  • Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets

  • Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety standards

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen

  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders

What they’re looking for:

  • An experienced Chef Manager or a strong Sous/Head Chef ready to step up

  • Proven leadership and organisational skills

  • A passion for delivering high standards of food and service

  • Ability to manage a kitchen independently

  • Willingness to undergo security clearance
