Tasks - Chef

• Responsibility for planning and participation in cooking and baking
• Cleaning, washing up, and tidying of facilites and equipment
• Storing and preserving food items
• Monitoring hygiene standars and compliance with HACCP
• Assisting with purchasing and inventory management in cosultation with supervisor
• Contributing to menu development in consultation with supervisor

Skills and Qualification - Chef

• Culinary training is and experience of similar roles is required
• Good communication skills, a positive outlook, and a great service attitude
• Initiative, accuracy, and independent working methods
• Awareness of security and safety, and knowledge of HACCP is beneficial

Tasks - Kitchen Assistant

• Management, organisation and participation in cooking and baking.
• Assisting with purchasing and managing supplies.
• Observing hygiene, HACCP.
• Assisting in food preparation and presentation

Skills and Qualification - Kitchen Assistant

• Culinary training is beneficial
• Experience of similar jobs
• Good communication skills, a positive outlook, and a great service attitude
• Initiative, accuracy, and independent working methods
• Awareness of security and safety, and knowledge of HACCP is beneficial.
