We’re on the lookout for passionate and trade-qualified Chefs living in or near Darwin to join our teams across regional Northern Territory and Far North Queensland These Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) and Bus-In Bus-Out (BIBO) roles offer an exciting opportunity to step into the thriving mining and resources sector.
If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, have experience in bulk catering, and bring a positive, can-do attitude—this could be the next big step in your culinary career. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals that keep our remote workforces energised and supported.
Prepare and deliver meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services
Maintain food safety standards and HACCP compliance
Work collaboratively in a high-performing kitchen team
Support quality and consistency across services

Who are we looking for?
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
FIFO or remote site experience desirable, but not essential
Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Flexible team player with strong communication skills
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship
Working on-site means 11-hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
