Nous recherchons un Chef de Secteur Non Alimentaire (H/F) passionné, organisé et doté d’un véritable sens du commerce, pour piloter et développer l’ensemble du rayon non alimentaire au sein de notre magasin.
Vos missions
En tant que Chef de Secteur Non Alimentaire, vous serez responsable de :
La gestion complète de votre secteur : hygiène, entretien, bazar, textile, puériculture, saisonnier…
Le management d’une équipe : organisation, planning, montée en compétences.
La gestion commerciale implantation, merchandising, promotions, théâtralisation des rayons.
Le pilotage des performances CA, marges, rotation, démarque, stocks.
Le référencement et suivi des commandes, relation avec les fournisseurs.
La garantie de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction client.
Votre Profil
Expérience confirmée en gestion de rayon en grande distribution (GSA ou GSB).
Excellent sens commercial et capacité à analyser vos performances.
Organisé(e), autonome, force de proposition.
Compétences en management d’équipe.
Sens du service client et goût du terrain.
