As Chef de Rang, you are more than a server—you are the face of Big Mamma at the table. Your personality, attention to detail and ability to connect with people will shape every guest's experience from the first welcome to the final goodbye.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You create unforgettable experiences through exceptional service:

• Welcome guests with warmth, energy and professionalism

• Guide guests through our menu, sharing recommendations and product knowledge

• Build genuine relationships and anticipate guests' needs

• Coordinate your section to ensure smooth and attentive service

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver an outstanding dining experience

• Maintain high service standards throughout every shift

• Handle guest requests with confidence, care and professionalism

💡 What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as Chef de Rang or in a similar service position

• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Positive attitude, professionalism and attention to detail

• Fluent English is required; German or Italian is a plus

You enjoy making people feel welcome and understand that great service is built on genuine human connection.
