📍 Localisation : Cergy (Ile-de-France)

Le chef de projets dirige des projets avec pour objectif de mener à bien en qualité, dans le cadre du budget attribué et dans le délai imparti, toutes les étapes du projet contribuant à la satisfaction du client, tout en sauvegardant les intérêts de la société, depuis la prise de commande jusqu'à la fin de la période de garantie.

Vos missions principales

  • Piloter l’exécution des projets en animant les équipes internes et externes, en définissant les priorités, en répartissant les tâches et en garantissant le respect des processus ABB.
  • Assurer le suivi global des projets (planning, budget, coûts, risques, opportunités, facturation et paiements) au travers des revues de projet et du reporting à la hiérarchie.
  • Garantir la performance financière et contractuelle des projets en maîtrisant les coûts, en gérant les changements, les réclamations, les négociations et en veillant au respect des engagements contractuels.
  • Être l’interlocuteur privilégié du client en assurant une communication régulière, en développant des relations de confiance et en obtenant les réceptions provisoires et définitives des projets.
  • Veiller à la conformité et à l’amélioration continue en appliquant les exigences Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement, en signalant les risques et en assurant la clôture des projets avec retour d’expérience.

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure technique (Bac+4/5) complétée par une expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans en gestion de projets industriels.
  • Expertise en management transversal, avec pilotage d’équipes pluridisciplinaires, de sous-traitants et de prestataires.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et orale, en français comme en anglais courant.
  • Maîtrise des enjeux du commerce international, notamment des incoterms, lettres de crédit et aspects contractuels.
  • Forte orientation client et résultats, alliant sens commercial, autonomie, adaptabilité, réactivité et excellentes qualités relationnelles.
