Garantir une logistique performante au sein de son centre de production,
- Coordonner des projets logistiques à l’échelle du site,
- Etre le garant des plannings, jalons, budget organisation des projets,
- Etre force de proposition et piloter tout projet concourant à l'optimisation de la chaîne logistique,
- Définir et déployer les flux dans le cadre des nouveaux projets en lien avec les équipes opérationnelles,
- Mener la gestion du changement et la formation des équipes de production
- Assurer la pérennisation des projets déployés
De formation ingénieur ou Bac+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience accès sur logistique/supply chain industrielle. Proactif(ve), avec une appétence terrain, vous vous démarquez par votre communication et votre leadership.
Vous possédez les compétences et connaissances suivantes :
- Gestion de projet
- Analyse de l’existant
- Méthodologie et outils logistique (VSM, gestion des flux, optimisation stockage…)
- SAP
