Buscamos un jefe/a de Pastelería apasionado/a por la alta gastronomía, con alto nivel técnico y sensibilidad estética, para liderar el área de postres en un restaurante distinguido con una estrella Michelin y un Sol Repsol. Será responsable de garantizar la excelencia, creatividad y consistencia en cada elaboración, alineándose con los estándares de calidad, innovación y detalle que caracterizan a la cocina de autor.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Supervisar y coordinar la producción diaria de la partida de pastelería.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y actualizar la carta de postres en colaboración con el Chef Ejecutivo.
  • Asegurar la máxima calidad, presentación y coherencia en cada servicio.
  • Controlar escandallos, costos, inventarios y pedidos de insumos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de normas de higiene, seguridad alimentaria y estándares internos.
  • Investigar tendencias, técnicas contemporáneas y productos de temporada para mantener una propuesta innovadora.
  • Gestionar tiempos de producción y coordinarse eficazmente con cocina y sala durante el servicio.

Perfil requerido

  • Documentación válida para trabajar en España
  • Experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en restaurantes de alta gastronomía (deseable experiencia en restaurantes con estrella Michelin).
  • Dominio de técnicas clásicas y contemporáneas (chocolatería, postres emplatados, panadería fina, técnicas modernas).
  • Alta atención al detalle, precisión y sensibilidad estética.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y trabajo bajo presión.
  • Conocimiento sólido de control de costos y gestión de equipos.
  • Actitud proactiva, creativa y orientada a la excelencia.

We are seeking a passionate Head Pastry Chef with a high technical level and strong aesthetic sensibility to lead the pastry department in a restaurant awarded one Michelin Guide star and one Guía Repsol Sun. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence, creativity, and consistency in every creation, aligning with the standards of quality, innovation, and attention to detail that define signature cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily production of the pastry section.
  • Design, develop, and update the dessert menu in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
  • Ensure the highest quality, presentation, and consistency during every service.
  • Control recipe costing, food costs, inventory, and supplier orders.
  • Guarantee compliance with hygiene regulations, food safety standards, and internal procedures.
  • Research trends, contemporary techniques, and seasonal products to maintain an innovative offering.
  • Manage production timelines and coordinate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams during service.

Required Profile

  • Valid documentation to work in Spain.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in fine dining restaurants (experience in Michelin-starred establishments is highly desirable).
  • Strong command of both classical and contemporary techniques (chocolate work, plated desserts, fine bakery, modern techniques).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic sensibility.
  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Solid knowledge of cost control and team management.
  • Proactive, creative, and excellence-driven mindset.
