Located within De L’Europe Amsterdam, the trattoria is dedicated to crafting dishes entirely from scratch, with a strong focus on craftsmanship and passion. You take full ownership of your section, leading it with confidence, precision, and expertise, while playing a key role in delivering culinary creations that provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience.
What You'll Do
Working closely with your colleagues, you contribute to a well-coordinated and collaborative kitchen environment. Drawing on your seniority, you take on a supportive and guiding role, inspiring others and helping them grow in their craft. At the same time, you consistently uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety. You stay attuned to the latest culinary trends and thoughtfully incorporate them where relevant. By sharing your knowledge and experience, you actively contribute to the development of the team and help elevate the overall standard of the kitchen.
