Position: Chef de Partie
Duration: Ongoing work until the end of the season
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful small country house situated on the shores of Loch Lomond This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and passionate chef looking for ongoing work in a stunning location.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
Managing your own section efficiently during service
Preparing ingredients and maintaining excellent kitchen standards
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Ensuring food hygiene and health & safety standards are maintained
Helping with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen organisation
Supporting other sections when required
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is essential, along with a passion for quality food, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure.
Ongoing work available until the end of summer, with the opportunity to work in a fantastic country house setting on Loch Lomond.
