We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our award winning client who operate this lovely modern country Inn close to Richmond, producing modern season menus using the best local produce from the local moors and the East coast

The position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one the regions finest kitchens, utilising the finest products from Yorkshire & beyond, & using the latest techniques and equipment to create menus that are both classic in design, & modern in execution.

The ideal Chef will have the following attributes:

- Have experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub

- Ideally worked in a rosette kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important here

- Be able to demonstrate at least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here

- Have the desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchens, & bring a sound work ethic to the team, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for

- A Pasion for their craft
