Passionate about pastry and ready to take ownership of your section?

Pamela is one of Big Mamma's newest restaurants in Berlin, and we're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie Pastry to join our kitchen team.

You'll be responsible for your pastry section, ensuring high standards of preparation, consistency and presentation throughout every service. You'll work closely with the Pastry team and wider kitchen team while helping establish the standards and rhythm of a growing restaurant.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You take ownership of your pastry section and contribute to every service:

• Prepare desserts, pastries and other sweet preparations according to Big Mamma recipes and quality standards
• Organize and manage your mise en place efficiently
• Take responsibility for the quality, consistency and presentation of your preparations
• Work independently on assigned pastry tasks and preparations
• Support the Pastry Chef and wider kitchen team during service
• Contribute to production planning and efficient workflow
• Monitor product quality and minimize waste
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional workstation
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times

💡 What we're looking for

• Previous experience as Chef de Partie Pastry, Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, Konditor or in a similar role
• Solid technical knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation
• Ability to manage a section and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and passion for quality
• Good organization and time-management skills
• Ability to stay focused and efficient during busy services
• Reliable, proactive and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for pastry and willingness to keep developing your skills
