We are looking for a Chef de Partie, Pastry to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will support the smooth operation of the Pastry department by coordinating daily production and supporting the Pastry Junior Sous Chef. You will help maintain quality, cost and food safety standards while ensuring compliance with Brand Standards and guest dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Pastry operations and allocate tasks across the team.
• Oversee recipe execution, product quality, consistency and cost control.
• Monitor stock levels, support ordering and inventory, and minimize product waste.
• Ensure the safe use of pastry equipment and compliance with HACCP, Health & Safety and hygiene standards.
• Support event preparation through menu planning, production planning and effective team coordination.
• Guide, coach and develop the team while supporting the Pastry Junior Sous Chef with daily operations and people management.
• Maintain compliance with Brand Standards, company policies and SOPs, while participating in training and keeping up to date with pastry trends and techniques.

Requirements

• Two-year IEK or technical school diploma in Pastry, Bakery or a related field.
• Good knowledge of pastry or bakery techniques, recipes and preparation methods.
• Good knowledge of pastry tools and equipment, with the ability to use them safely and effectively.
• Good knowledge of hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage daily priorities effectively.
• Ability to follow, prepare and maintain recipes accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
