This role upholds hotel standards, hygiene, and safety regulations while collaborating closely with the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include supervising pastry preparation, assisting in menu development, training junior team members, managing inventory, and contributing to the overall success of the hotels pastry offerings through innovation and excellence.
