We are a much-loved restaurant in the heart of Uppermill with a strong local following and a buzzing social media presence. We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our friendly kitchen team.
Our kitchen focuses on Pan-Asian cuisine and small plates, working within a 5-chef brigade delivering fresh, high-quality food in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous level
Passion for fresh food and consistency in delivery
Team player who thrives in a small brigade
Organised, reliable, and takes pride in presentation
Enthusiasm for Pan-Asian cuisine and small plates is a bonus
