Position: Chef De Partie
Duration: Ongoing (40 hours per week)
We are looking for an experienced Chef De Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy holiday park located right on the coast of Wales, just steps from the beach.
This is a great opportunity for a confident and hardworking chef looking for ongoing work in a lively holiday environment.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
Managing your own section during busy services
Preparing ingredients and ensuring your section is fully stocked
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Maintaining high food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards
Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries
Supporting other sections when required
Ensuring all dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently
What we’re looking for:
Previous Chef De Partie experience is essential, a good work ethic and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced kitchen.
Ongoing work, with the opportunity to work at a fantastic coastal holiday park right next to the beach.
