As Night Chef de Partie, key aspects of your role will include:

• Working independently during the night
• Ensuring high quality, consistent output throughout the night
• Preparing mise-en-place to assist the day team as required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Lead by example, demonstrating culinary excellence and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional results.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and adherence to our high standards.

Our ideal Night Chef de Partie is someone who has:

• Several years’ experience working in high-end hotels and/or restaurants
• Strong organization skills and communication skills
• The ability to work well independently
• A positive mindset
• A genuine passion for working in hospitality

ABOUT THE PROPERTY

W Edinburgh will bring bold architecture and a vibrant lifestyle offering to the Scottish capital. Behind a façade featuring a winding steel ribbon – reflecting the city’s festival spirit – this 12-storey structure will be the centerpiece of Estate’s Edinburgh St James Quarter, incorporating retail, leisure and entertainment facilities along with residential apartments.

This W hotel aims to help redefine the city’s hospitality landscape. Accordingly, it’ll fuse the brand’s signature amenities with modern design and W Happenings, highlighting what’s new in design, fashion, music and culture.

The new W hotel will accommodate guests across 244 stylish guestrooms, including 45 suites. While staying here, guests will benefit from the brand’s signature Whatever / Whenever service philosophy.
