At Big Mamma, desserts are an essential part of the Italian dining experience.
As Chef de Partie in the pastry section at Edmondo in Hamburg, you will take ownership of your station, working with fresh ingredients and traditional techniques while contributing to a consistent and high-level guest experience.

🚀 Your role & responsibilities

You manage your pastry station with autonomy and precision:

  • Prepare and plate desserts following our recipes and standards

  • Organize and manage your mise en place

  • Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all desserts

  • Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team during service

  • Monitor stock and minimize waste

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station

  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards

👉 You play a key role in delivering the final experience of our guests.

💡 What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in pastry

  • Solid knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert preparation

  • Ability to manage a section independently

  • Attention to detail and quality standards

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced kitchen

  • Reliable, organized and team-oriented
