Nach Jahren externer Konzepte übernimmt das Haus die Gastronomie wieder selbst.
Am Kurfürstendamm öffnen wir die Küche zunächst bewusst reduziert.
Eine kleine Karte, gute Produkte und ein Team, das Schritt für Schritt etwas Neues aufbaut.
Was jetzt beginnt, ist der Anfang von mehr.
Die Küche entsteht im Hotel Bristol Berlin und wird wieder eigenständig geführt.
Für diesen Neustart suchen wir Menschen, die diesen Neustart aktiv mitgestaltet.
Deine Aufgaben
• Eigenverantwortliche Führung eines Postens
• Mise en Place und Vorbereitung für den täglichen Service
• Zubereitung und Anrichten der Gerichte nach Qualitätsstandards
• Organisation eines reibungslosen Ablaufs auf deinem Posten
• Unterstützung der Küchenorganisation
• Anleitung von Commis und Demi Chef de Partie

• Saubere, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Leidenschaft für Produkte und Handwerk
