You are responsible for your station, your team and the consistency of every dish leaving your section.
In our restaurant Coccodrillo in Berlin, youโll work in a structured, high-volume kitchen where organization, leadership and precision make the difference.
๐ Your role & impact
As a Chef de Partie, you take full ownership of your section:
Manage your station independently during prep and service
Ensure quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes
Lead and support a small team of Commis
Organize Mise en place and manage priorities
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow
Apply and maintain hygiene standards ( HACCP)
Support stock control and basic food cost management

๐ก What weโre looking for
Previous experience as Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef level
Experience in structured kitchen environments
Ability to lead and support junior team members
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Motivation to grow and take on more responsibility
๐ German or English required; Italian is a plus
