Chef de Partie Mon to Fri – BM Caterers

Location: London - White City Salary: £35,600 per annum Contract: Full time 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and help deliver fresh, seasonal food to a high standard.

This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys quality ingredients, consistent standards and being part of a collaborative team.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and presenting food to a high standard
• Supporting smooth kitchen service and daily delivery
• Helping with stock control and cost awareness
• Following food safety and company procedures
• Contributing ideas and supporting menu consistency
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team
• Helping deliver a great customer experience through quality food

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Experience in a similar chef role
• Passion for fresh food and presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A positive and professional approach
• Strong attention to detail
• NVQ, C&G or equivalent experience
