We are looking to strengthen our team immediately and are seeking a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) for a full-time position.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Preparation of meals for our restaurant, bar, and banquet area according to our recipes and guidelines, plating with great attention to detail
Preparation of mise-en-place
Managing the buffet during events with direct guest contact
Ordering and organizing supplies in collaboration with our purchasing department
Working early and late shifts for the respective positions and leading them
Responsible handling of all kitchen utensils
Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

What We Expect from You:

Completed training as a cook
Very good team skills and an eye for detail
A positive attitude, openness, and a friendly demeanor
Guest orientation
Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of kitchen processes
Knowledge of English is an advantage
