Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and experienced Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present authentic Italian dishes in accordance with hotel recipes and quality standards.
Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently during daily operations.
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control are consistently maintained.
Assist in menu planning and the development of new Italian specialties.
Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with hotel policies.
Monitor stock levels, minimize food wastage, and support inventory management.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in Italian cuisine within a reputed hotel or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cooking techniques, ingredients, sauces, pasta, and pizzas.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high culinary standards.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
