We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a busy hotel in Hull. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and hardworking chef looking for ongoing work in a professional hotel environment.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
Managing your own section during busy services
Preparing ingredients and ensuring your section is fully stocked
Working closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety
Assisting with stock rotation and deliveries
Supporting other sections when required
Ensuring dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently
What we’re looking for:
Previous Chef de Partie experience is preferred, along with a strong work ethic, passion for food and the ability to work well under pressure.
Ongoing work available, with the opportunity to gain further experience working in a busy hotel kitchen.
