About the role
The Chef DePartieis responsible forsupervising and overseeing the preparation of food items for guestordersensuring consistent quality. This role requires a special talent and passion for ensuring the culinary team delivers the highest of culinaryconsistently andensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience

Supervise Demi-Chef de Partie, Commis,Trainees
Carry out andensuretheset-upofthersectionunderthe supervision of a Sous-Chef or the Chef.
Manage production andproductstorage
Place merchandiseordersaccordingtoactivitylevels

What we are looking for
Previoussimilar working experience.
You mustpossessthe legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

As a reward for loyalty, employees receive a bonus at the end of their second consecutive season (Winter-Winter, Summer-Winter, or Summer-Summer)
