Good Folk is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen immediately. This is an opportunity to work with premium ingredients, contribute to a creative menu, and grow alongside an ambitious culinary team.
We are a chef-driven restaurant focused on bold Canadian flavours, exceptional ingredients, and refined execution. If you take pride in every plate you send out, we'd like to meet you.
What You'll Do
• Own and lead your station during service
• Execute dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Work with premium proteins, fresh fish, and seasonal ingredients
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and organization
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
What We're Looking For
• 2+ years' culinary experience
• Excellent skills in grilling, sautéing, knife work, and protein preparation
• Strong understanding of pace, timing, and execution during service
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Legally entitled to work in Canada and available for an immediate start
