Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous ouvrons DAGIM, un nouveau restaurant situé dans le 16ᵉ arrondissement de Paris, entièrement dédié aux produits de la mer.
Inspiré par la Méditerranée et les cuisines du Levant, DAGIM mettra à l’honneur le poisson et les produits marins à travers une cuisine fraîche, précise et généreuse, dans un cadre élégant et convivial.
Pour accompagner l’ouverture et le développement de ce nouveau lieu, nous recherchons un(e) Chef de Partie passionné(e) et engagé(e), prêt(e) à s’inscrire dans une cuisine exigeante et créative.
Nous recherchons un professionnel rigoureux, dynamique et animé par le goût du travail bien fait.
Expérience significative obligatoire en tant que Chef de Partie, idéalement dans un restaurant gastronomique ou haut de gamme.
Français requis, anglais apprécié
