We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team for an immediate start This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to develop their career within a professional and fast-paced kitchen environment.
Managing and running your designated section of the kitchen efficiently during service.
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.
Ensuring all food preparation complies with company standards and recipes.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety practices at all times.
Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and minimising food waste.
Supporting junior kitchen team members and helping with their development.
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Contributing ideas for menu development and daily specials where appropriate.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Food Hygiene certification is desirable.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
