• Join our Ladies and Gentlemen in the Banquet Kitchen, where you will oversee the preparation and production of hot and cold dishes for hotel events and functions.
• Support Kitchen management in delivering top-quality, consistent food across all banquet offerings.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cooks and team members, ensuring efficient and precise food preparation.
• Plan and manage food quantities, plating, and presentation for each event, with a keen focus on detail and accuracy.
• Keep your section organised and running smoothly during every service period, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Strive to exceed guest expectations by understanding their needs and delivering excellence in every dish.
• Assist your team with preparation and execution during service, upholding the highest standards of food safety and property guidelines.

About You: 

• Full Time Availability
• Working rights in Australia 
• Trade Industry Qualification or completion of Commercial Cookery Qualification
• Relevant experience in a similar role 
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career 
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
