As a Chef de Partie, you step into the art of refined cuisine at Atelier by Sofitel. You will bring precision, creativity, and passion to your section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting dishes that reflect the elegance, sophistication, and personalised service synonymous with the Sofitel brand. Every service is a chance to craft culinary moments that leave a lasting impression on our guests.

You will lead your section with flair, preparing, cooking, and plating menu items to exacting standards while maintaining immaculate workstations, upholding hygiene, and ensuring safety at all times. With a proactive “can-do” attitude and dedication to excellence, you will support seamless service, inspire your team, and uphold Atelier’s reputation as a high-end, award-winning fine dining experience. Your attention to detail, consistency, and artistry will help elevate every guest interaction into a memorable culinary journey.

Beyond your kitchen craft, you will assist in menu preparation, manage mise-en-place and supplies, and foster strong collaboration across all departments to ensure smooth operations. By guiding and mentoring team members, monitoring productivity, and supporting operational excellence, you will help cultivate a kitchen culture defined by professionalism, refinement, and creativity. Qualifications

You are a passionate culinary professional with a Certificate in Commercial Cookery and at least one year of experience in a high-end or fine dining kitchen. With a genuine love for gastronomy, you take pride in crafting exceptional dishes and memorable culinary moments that reflect the elegance, refinement, and artistry synonymous with the Sofitel brand.

Confident, polished, and highly motivated, you thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining impeccable hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards. You communicate effortlessly with your team, work seamlessly under pressure, and deliver every service with grace, composure, and attention to detail. Flexible and reliable, you embrace a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays, eager to contribute your skills, professionalism, and creativity to a high-end kitchen environment.

In this role, your dedication, precision, and flair will help elevate every service, inspire your team, and create culinary experiences that leave a lasting impression on every guest, embodying Sofitel’s Passion for Excellence in every plate.
